I originally started the fitness classes to lose 'that troublesome bit of weight'. Within a couple of weeks, my motivation totally changed. Like then, I go to the classes because they are fun and super-friendly. If you have had a rubbish day, the classes are the business for de-stressing and refreshing the mind. For a while, I forgot I was there to fight flab! I was brought down to earth with a bump when I had to go for a wedding dress fitting. I'd not been keeping an eye on the calories and I had inches to lose. I needn't have worried, the dress fitted perfectly.
Laura has always offered friendly, effective advice to target aches, pains and the dreaded flab.
I've still got wobbly bits to lose, but it's not such a terrifying prospect.
