Antenatal exercise class
Saturday mornings 10:00-11:00am
A low impact aerobic and conditioning exercise class tailored to the physical changes of pregnancy. Being active and fit in pregnancy will boost your energy levels, help you cope with the physical demands of labour and regain your pre pregnancy shape after birth.
The class is instructed by Nicola Bradley who is a qualified exercise to music instructor with a Pgd in Midwifery. So come along and give it a try, meet other mums to be and make the most of your pregnancy!
*class is suitable for woman who have had their initial booking appointment with their midwife.
